What else is needed in addition to the fix for Oven Chicken with Veggies and Potatoes? • 4 fresh chicken breast fillets (150g each) • 400g potatoes • 200g of tomatoes • 1 yellow pepper • 1 zucchini (200g) • 4 teaspoons oil

Preparation: Cut the peeled potatoes into cubes of approx. 2 x 2 cm and the peppers into strips. Halve the zucchini lengthways and cut into slices approx. 2 cm thick, and the tomatoes into wedges. Mix the contents of the bag with 4 teaspoons of water and oil in a large bowl. Place the chicken breast fillets on a baking sheet and brush each with 1 teaspoon of the marinade. Mix the potatoes and vegetables in the bowl with the remaining marinade and spread around the chicken breasts. Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C (180°C fan oven) for about 35 minutes until the potatoes are done.

Note: For larger chicken breast fillets, increase the cooking time accordingly.
