One bottle of Master Preserving with 1.5 l of water dilutes 3 times the amount of ready-to-use infusion. The following method has proven to be a good choice for preserving vegetables such as cucumbers:

Thoroughly wash the preserving, drain and place in jars. Cover the preserving with the diluted Hengstenberg's Einmach Meister. Close the jars well, heat to 85 °C and maintain this temperature for 25 to 30 minutes. Then let it cool down slowly.
