Returns Policy

At Europeandeli.com we take great pleasure in selecting the finest products available for our store. We pride ourselves in ensuring that from the time the product arrives in our warehouse it is kept in perfect storage conditions and that the package is shipped with the utmost care for yours or your recipient’s enjoyment.

If for some reason, you are not satisfied with your non-perishable purchase, you may return it for replacement or refund. We cannot accept returns on any non-perishable items that have been opened. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns of perishable items or Peureux Griottines, Framboisines, or Cassis items. Perishable’s include but are not limited to chocolates, confections and bakery items.

We cannot send a replacement or refund for the non-perishable purchase until we have the product back in inventory. If the product does not arrive in good condition to return to stock, then we will not be able to send a replacement or refund for the purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Wrap the package well and ship it to us at the address below. Please be sure to ship your item by an insured, traceable method to the address below. This service is offered by UPS, USPS, FedEx and other carriers.
