Bechtle Broad German Egg Noodles are made in Southern Germany, which is well known for its egg noodles. Like all Bechtle pastas, only the best raw materials are used for making the Broad Pasta. The best durum wheat semolina available and fresh eggs, cracked on a daily basis, are used to create this superb pasta dough. The dough is then pressed, cut, and dried. Perfect for goulash and stews and is ready is about 8 minutes.
