Lebkuchen Schmidt Klimt "The Expectation" Tin

Our Gustav Klimt tin is artistically valuable and will delight art lovers and gourmet fans alike.

On the outside you can see "The Expectation": one of the many impressive works of art by the world-famous Austrian Art Nouveau painter. Here he immortalized Emilie Flöge, a Viennese designer and fashion designer, in his typical golden tones. The painting is part of a wall frieze in the Palais Stoclet in Brussels, which is one of Klimt's most important works of art.

The tin also contains art - gingerbread art, in fact. Five of the finest Elisen gingerbreads have their place here, baked according to traditional recipes from the best ingredients, with very little flour and lots of nuts, on fresh wafers and refined with chocolate or icing.
