Their doughs are made without any flour. On top of this, they bake the Gingerbread with an exceptionally high proportion of delicious hazelnuts and almonds. The Gingerbread is put on a gluten free wafer in the classic way.

Ingredients: Almonds and hazelnuts (total 45%), sugar, orange and lemon peel (citric acid, antioxidant: sulfur dioxide), egg white, apricot jam (apricots, sugar, gelling agent: pectin, acid: citric acid, flavoring), honey, marzipan (almonds, sugar, invert sugar syrup), spices, raising agent (potassium carbonate), wafer (corn flour, corn starch).
