Dr. Knoll Bread Dumplings in Bags

Here are six traditional Bavarian bread dumplings in convenient boiling bags. They are made with dried wheat bread crumbs. Drop the dumplings into boiling water, cook until the bags float on top, open the bags, and enjoy. It is a great, authentic side dish to soak up rich gravy. Enjoy the dumplings with red cabbage or sauerkraut.
