Bertha's Kransekake

Kransekake is a traditional Norwegian holiday cake with 18 rings is made with almonds, sugar and egg whites.  Also called "Wreath Cake," Kransekake makes a spectacular addition to the holiday table.

Ingredients: sugar, ALMONDS (34%), invert syrup, EGG WHITE, glucose, stabilizer, rice flour, potato starch, thickener, humectant, preservative.
