The Dr. Oetker cheesecake is known for its deliciously moist and simple preparation. Simply combine cream cheese and yogurt for a golden-brown treat that is a must-have on any coffee table.
Directions:
The items you will need to add are 250 g soft butter (or 100 g Margarine and 150 g Butter), 4 eggs, 500 g Quark, 300 g yogurt (You can use 750 g of yogurt instead), and Greek (FAGE) yogurt (5% ) works best.
Preheat oven to 360 °F.
Grease a baking pan. Put "baking mix" for the dough in a bowl. Add 100 g Butter/or margarine and one egg. Mix everything on low so that you have streusel (crumble topping). Spread out 2/3 of the crumble topping (with the help of a spoon) on the baking pan and press flat. Use the remaining crumble topping and form it into a long roll, and place it on the outside of the pan so that it's about 2 cm high.
For the covering, melt 150 g butter. Put the mix for the covering in a bowl. Add three eggs, Quark/Greek yogurt—mix on low. Then add the melted butter and mix. Pour into the baking pan and brush flat.
Bake for about 55 minutes and let cool before removing from the cake pan.
