Graupner Music Box 'Toymaker's Workshop'

The toymaker's workshop produces the most amazing toys: rocking horses, tricycles or a new train. The nimble little girl helps diligently so that everything can be ready in time for the upcoming festival. There are also many tools and other materials to discover on the music box. Accompanied by a funny "spring song", the two craftsmen spin in circles.

It's not just children who are enthusiastic about this elaborate masterpiece - adults are also fascinated by the extraordinary craftsmanship. A music box like this often accompanies the recipient for a lifetime. As a gift idea for the birth of a baby, a child's birthday or a christening.

The high-quality music box consists of almost 100 tiny wooden parts. All figures are hand-painted. It is equipped with a mechanical and durable SANKYO musical mechanism. The musical mechanism is wound up with a small key on the underside of the music box. The running plate then starts moving and the melody begins to play. After a while, the musical mechanism has to be wound up again.

The components of our wooden music boxes are made of sycamore maple. The housing is made of oiled pine. The colors used contain particularly high-quality and lightfast pigments, which guarantee lasting brilliance and luminosity. They are certified according to the strict DIN EN71 guidelines for toys, are naturally non-toxic and saliva-resistant.

Bright colors, flawless workmanship and high craftsmanship complete the valuable wood to create a hand-made, small, unique piece of Erzgebirge folk art.
