Mouettes d'Arvor Scallop Rillettes de noix de Saint-Jacques are cooked with rigorously selected ingredients. These scallops are prepared in Brittany with salted butter, fresh cream and spices, and offer a freshness and a delicate aroma during tasting. 

These rillettes are ideal in verrines or on toast for an aperitif. They can also be enjoyed in hors d'oeuvres, served with a few fresh scallops, sprinkled with a mixture of dill and red pepper and accompanied by toasted bread. 

Based in Concarneau, in Brittany, the Conserverie Gonidec was founded in 1959 and has been producing a broad and fine range of canned fish under the name Mouettes d'Arvor ever since.
