Directions:

The items you will need to add are 250 g soft butter (or 100 g Margarine and 150 g Butter) 4 eggs, 500 g Quark, 300 g joghurt (You can Use 750 g of yogurt instead) Greek (FAGE) yogurt (5% ) works best.

Preheat oven to 360 deg. Fahrenheit

Grease baking pan. Put "baking mix" for the dough in a bowl. Add 100 g Butter/or margarine and 1 egg. Mix everything together on low so that you have streusel (crumble topping)
Spread out 2/3 of the crumble topping (with help of a spoon) on the baking pan and press flat. Use the remaining crumble topping and form it into a long roll and place it on the outside of the pan so that it's about 2 cm high.

For the covering melt 150 g butter. Put mix for the covering in a bowl. Add 3 eggs, Quark/Greek yogurt. Mix together on low. Then add the melted butter and mix. Pour in the baking pan and brush flat.

Bake for about 55 minutes and let cool before removing from cake pan.
