Kühne Knoblauch / Garlic Sauce

Our creamy piquant garlic sauce is refined with yoghurt and savoury garlic and rounded off with fine herbs. It is delicious with fresh grilled scampi, grilled and fried meat or fish, as well as shellfish and crustaceans.

Ingredients- Water, rapeseed oil, glucose-fructose syrup, onions, skimmed milk yoghurt (5%), spirit vinegar, garlic (2,4%), modified starch, egg yolk, salt, mustard, herbs, garlic extract, acid lactic acid, thickener xanthan gum.
