The balanced and harmonic blend of spices which only consists of natural spice extracts for example blueberry, anise, cardamom, maces, nutmeg, cloves, orange and lemon peels, pimento, cinnamon and others has made this Nuremberg Christmas market mulled wine the most popular mulled wine of Germany.

Now Gerstacker introduces the very first de-alcoholized Glühwein. 

The term Dealcoholized wine Is legally defined as wine that contains no more than 0.5% ABV.  During the process, winemakers use high pressure to force wine through a membrane. This creates two solutions. One is a very concentrated wine, and the other is a combination of water and alcohol. Rather than discarding the water/alcohol solution, winemakers heat it to remove the alcohol.

Nuremberg mulled wine is an EU protected designation of special quality and goodness. This mulled wine has to be manufactured in Nuremberg.
