The Champignon Hofmeister master cheesemakers use only fresh milk from local Bavarian farms to make this soft-ripened Dulce de Leche Briette.  Infused with a hint of carmelized flavor and savory cream, the special fresh pack ensures that the cheese retains its luxurious creaminess, and consistently delivers the highest quality.  The cheese has a white, edible exterior, and a yellow-white, soft interior.

Briette cheeses are made with high-quality, pasteurized rBST-free milk from cows that graze in the lush Allgäu region of Bavaria, Germany.  Lactose-free due to natural maturation.
