Gölles Apricot Vinegar is an Austrian fruit vinegar fermented from ripe apricot juice. Its fragrant, balanced sweet-and-sour character complements Asian dishes, curries, cardamom and ginger, as well as crustaceans and seafood.
Pair it with macadamia nut, poppy seed or rapeseed oil for dressings and marinades.
