European Deli’s “Käse-Raritäten” Cheese Club is a monthly assortment of three small-batch artisan cheeses selected for rarity, provenance, and distinctive character. Each cheese is freshly cut to approximately 8 oz, for about 1.5 lb total per shipment.
Each shipment includes:
- Three limited-production artisan cheeses
- Approximately 8 oz of each cheese
- Insulated packaging with cold packs
- Two-day shipping included in the price
- Tasting notes, cheesemaker stories, and serving ideas
Selections change monthly and may include extended-aged wheels, protected regional specialties, scarce milks, and cheeses rarely available in the United States. Individual cheeses cannot be customized.
