Leimer Paniermehl (Breadcrumbs)

LEIMER Breadcrumbs are crafted from freshly baked white bread specifically created for this purpose. We use only wheat flour type 550, yeast, salt and water from the Bavarian mountains. Widely used for breading meat and fish, vegetables and mushrooms in the "three-plate system," perfect for Wiener schnitzel. Also ideal for making soup components, such as curd dumplings and liver spaetzle, as well as desserts like plum and apricot dumplings and cake tins. LEIMER's revolutionary idea of producing breadcrumbs from freshly baked white-bread led to its tremendous success. The fully automated baking lines process 300 tons of fresh white-bread daily, producing LEIMER's much-loved products.
