Instructions: To bind the meat or fish, moisten well with water. Tip: If you want a thicker breading, we recommend using beaten egg instead of water. Turn in the breadcrumbs mix, press down well on both sides and allow to set. Fry over medium heat in plenty of fat or oil on both sides.
