Dr. Oetker Gelatine Fix is powdered gelatin designed to be stirred directly into liquids, creams, fruit purées and dairy mixtures without presoaking or boiling.
One sachet corresponds to 2–3 gelatin leaves and is sufficient for 250 ml liquid or 250 g cream, fruit purée or dairy mixture.
