Made from fully ripened grapes, these wines are harmoniously balanced with fragrant fruit, a touch of natural sweetness, and a refreshing character, all without the alcohol.

TASTING NOTES | Vibrant aromas of ripe peach, green apple, and citrus blossom. On the palate, it is refreshingly crisp with bright acidity and notes of juicy pear, lemon zest, and a touch of minerality.

FOOD PAIRINGS  | Fish, chicken, pasta, Asian dishes, fresh fruit and soft cheeses.

VINIFICATION | Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel, maturation on the fine lees.
