Kolonne Null 2021 Cuvee Nø02 Rouge (non-alcoholic wine)

Kolonne Null 2021 Cuvée N°02 Rouge offers the character and sophistication of a traditional red wine in a carefully crafted non-alcoholic alternative. Made from Spanish Tempranillo grapes, this dry red opens with inviting aromas of dark berries, ripe plum, and berry compote. Notes of black pepper, savory herbs, and subtle oak add depth, while its youthful structure and lingering finish create a balanced, wine-like experience.

Following traditional winemaking, the wine is gently dealcoholized through low-temperature vacuum distillation. This careful process removes the alcohol while preserving much of the original wine’s aroma and flavor. The result is an expressive, food-friendly red that goes well beyond simple grape juice.

Serve slightly chilled at 59–64°F. It pairs beautifully with grilled meats, pasta, risotto, roasted vegetables, mushrooms, and hearty Mediterranean dishes.
