Knorr Fix Tyrolean-Style Cheese Spätzle is a finely balanced blend of herbs and spices with natural ingredients for a flavorful Spätzle dish. These delicious cheese Spätzle are perfect when you don't have much time to cook in the evening!

INGREDIENTS:

Corn starch¹, potato starch, flavorings (with MILK), sunflower oil, yeast extract¹, iodized salt, lactose, herbs¹ (0.8% chives, 0.8% parsley), skimmed milk powder¹, potassium chloride², spices (0.7% garlic¹, pepper¹, ??lovage root¹, nutmeg¹), salt, 1.1% roasted onions¹, milk protein, maltodextrin¹, lemon juice powder¹. May contain wheat, rye, barley, oats, egg, soy, celery, and mustard. ¹Natural ingredients are marked with an asterisk. ²Salt substitute derived from natural potassium minerals.

DIRECTIONS:

1) Stir the seasoning mix into 350 ml of cold water in a pan. Bring the sauce to a boil. Add 500 g of chilled spaetzle. Bring everything back to a boil and let it simmer for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. 2) Grate 100 g of mountain cheese (45% fat in dry matter). Stir it in and let the cheese spaetzle simmer for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3) Sprinkle with 3 tablespoons (30 g) of fried onions and serve. A tomato salad goes well with this.

Store in a cool dry place.
