Gölles Apple Balsamic Vinegar
First produced by Alois Gölles in 1984, this Austrian balsamic vinegar begins with the must of several Styrian apple varieties. The must is cooked down and fermented, then aged in oak barrels for a sweet, gently creamy profile.
Use it with cheese, tomato and mozzarella, steak, desserts or barbecue sauces. Gölles recommends pairing it with hazelnut, camelina, poppy-seed, sesame or sunflower oil.
