Grafschafter Apfelkraut Apple Butter is a tart and fruity spread made from freshly harvested orchard fruits from the Rhineland region. A whopping 255 g. of apples and 25 g. of pear are processed to make 100 g. of Apple Butter. Grafschafter Obstwiese Rheinisches Apfelkraut (apple butter) is naturally gluten-free and lactose-free.

Use Apple Butter as a spread, as a side dish to pancakes and potato pancakes, for refining the flavor of sauces and dressings, and as an ingredient for pastries and desserts.
