For over a century, we have been dedicated to the artisanal production of Nuremberg Elisen gingerbread. For this most exquisite of all gingerbreads, we use an exceptionally high proportion of hazelnuts and almonds. Our spice blend is finely balanced and very subtle. We also completely avoid flour in our dough.
