Pfanni Rösti Die Knusprigen is a ready-to-pan mixture of coarsely grated, blanched potatoes with onions and seasoning. The 400 g pack makes two portions.

Preparation: Loosen the contents in the pouch. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a nonstick pan, add the potatoes and cook over medium heat for about 3 minutes while turning. Shape into one rösti cake and cook for 5–6 minutes per side until golden.
