Gölles Raspberry Vinegar
This aromatic Austrian fruit vinegar is fermented entirely from the juice of fully ripe raspberries. The producer highlights its concentrated raspberry aroma and expressive red color.
Use it with desserts, arugula, asparagus, lamb's lettuce, Waldorf salad or shellfish. Gölles recommends pairing it with hazelnut, macadamia or walnut oil.
