The new Elisen-Lebkuchen Schatz, our 2024 Lebkuchen of the Year, is a delicious treat. Raisins marinated in Jamaican rum add a sophisticated taste, while plenty of coarsely chopped hazelnuts and fine nut chips add crunchiness and flavor. The dish is delicately rounded off with sweet honey and a dark chocolate coating. This exquisite recipe requires no flour in the dough.
