It neither lives in a castle nor wears a crown, yet the raspberry is called the queen of berries. Even without a noble title, I've found my way into many kitchens as raspberry vinegar. Is it because of my intense fruit flavor or perhaps my expressive red color? Majestic.
No other fruit vinegar achieves the fragrant and distinct primary aroma that captivates raspberries. This is primarily why it is often used for base vinegars and to flavor neutral vinegars. True raspberry vinegars are still a rarity due to the low yield and extremely sensitive processing.
Gölles Raspberry Vinegar is fermented from 100% fully ripe raspberry juice.
During asparagus season, it's the ideal accompaniment to many springtime delicacies!
Try it with: Desserts, arugula, asparagus dishes, lamb's lettuce, Waldorf salad, and shellfish dishes.
Pair it with: Hazelnut oil, macadamia nut oil, walnut oil
