Reber Constance White Chocolate Raspberry Kugel contains  six kugel containing an exquisite raspberry flavored marzipan made from almonds and hazelnut nougat, which is then enrobed with delicious white chocolate.

This truffle is named in honor of Constance Mozart, Wolfgang's young wife and muse who supported the genius while he composed some of the world's most beautiful music.

In 1865, master confectioner Peter Reber opened the first Reber confectionery café in Munich. He soon made a name for himself with his home-made delicacies and his café became a popular meeting place for Munich residents.

In 1938, the Reber family moved their parent company to the center of Bad Reichenhall, the location of today's company headquarters. A lot has changed since it was founded, but the company has been family-owned for more than 5 generations,  The traditional recipes are still carefully guarded and the café culture is still lovingly celebrated here. Every year, ~200,000 guests visit the Café Reber in Bad Reichenhall and the two shops in Salzburg to enjoy the fine confectionery in a unique atmosphere.

Cocoa: 35% minimum in the Alpine milk chocolate.

Ingredients: sugar, ALMONDS (21%), cocoa butter, WHOLE MILK POWDER, HAZELNUTS (3%), cocoa mass, LACTOSE, invert sugar syrup, PISTACHIOS (1%), ethyl alcohol of agricultural origin, rum, emulsifier: lecithins; humectants: (invertase, glycerin); natural flavoring.
May contain traces of wheat, egg and soy.
