Maggi Hamburger Seasoning completely transforms the texture of the meat. Hack is chopped in German. Also known as Frikadellen this is a quick and easy dinner which is great with mustard.
Mix package contents with 1/2 cup water, then add 2 cups of ground beef or other meat and mix well. Form into small patties and brown in the pan. In Berlin they add caraway seeds to the mix and call it Frikadellen mit Kümmel.
The ingredients are Breadcrumbs (wheat flour, salt, yeast, spice extract), spices (onions, 16%), paprika, mustard, garlic, pepper, curcuma, wheat flour, iodized salt, egg white powder, parsley, sunflower oil, yeast extract, and flavor.
