Schlünder Sponge Cake Layer is a ready-to-use German cake base for fruit tarts and other decorated cakes. Add pudding, cream, fruit, glaze, or another topping to the pre-baked 200 g sponge layer.
How to use
Spread the base with prepared pudding or cream, then arrange your favorite fruit on top. Finish with a fruit glaze if desired. Strawberries, mixed berries or sliced peaches make easy topping choices. Follow package instructions for storage and serve promptly after adding perishable toppings.
