Nyonsolive Nyons Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced by the Vignolis cooperative from Tanche olives grown in the Nyons protected-origin area of France. The oil is smooth and delicately fruity, with producer-described notes of green apple and hazelnut plus buttery and herbaceous accents.
Use it for salads and raw vegetables or as a finishing oil for pasta, steamed vegetables and white fish.
