This classic dumpling gets its deliciously fine taste from a balanced mixture of raw and cooked potatoes. KNORR dumplings half+half go ideally with sliced meat, roasts and goulash.
Boiling - preparation of the food in boiling water
It's that easy: 1. Put the desired number of dumplings in a pot with plenty of cold, salted water. 2. Bring the water to the boil with the dumplings, boil for 1 minute and let it steep over low heat for 15 minutes. 3. Remove the dumplings and rinse briefly with cold water. 4. Tear open the cooking bag at one end and serve the dumplings hot. You can freeze leftovers or cut them into slices and fry them in a pan. The dumplings remaining in the package can be kept for at least 8 weeks in a well-sealed foil bag.
