Our Werner's Klöse potato dumplings mix allows you to easily create delicious Thuringian dumplings perfect as a side dish for Sauerbraten, roast poultry and game dishes. Their dumplings are free of gluten, lactose, dyes and artificial flavors, providing a healthier alternative. Each bag contains enough mix for 12 dumplings.
