Maintal Plum Butter is a thick plum spread with spices. The Plums are harvested at their best maturity level, which is from July to September, in order to guarantee a rich, full taste. The plum puree has become an absolute masterpiece using an old family recipe and combining it with a mixture of anise, cinnamon, star anise and cloves. It is non-GMO and gluten free.
The company, Maintal Konfitüren GmbH, is one of the oldest and most traditional preserve companies in Germany and has been in business since 1886.
