LEIMER Breadcrumbs are made from fresh white bread baked especially for this purpose. We use nothing more than wheat flour type 1050, yeast, salt and water from the Bavarian mountains.
Instructions: To bind the meat or fish, moisten well with water. Tip: If you want a thicker breading, we recommend using beaten egg instead of water. Turn in the breadcrumbs mix, press down well on both sides, and allow the mixture to set. Fry over medium heat in plenty of fat or oil on both sides.
