The Dr. Oetker Tart Topping Raspberry Mascarpone is a versatile mix that can enhance the flavor of any pastry.  The combination of fruity raspberry and mild mascarpone ensures a unique taste experience.  Whether as a topping for tarts or as a cake filling - the tart topping is extremely versatile, with a quick and easy preparation.

To make the pastry cream, just whip mascarpone, cream, milk, and this cream powder mix until stiff. The finished cream can then be spread on the cooled pastry and refined as desired with other ingredients such as nuts, fruit, or sprinkles.
