Dr. Oetker gelatin ground white serves to solidify cream cakes, creams, jellies and salts.
For the preparation, stir the gelatin with 6 tablespoons of cold liquid, let it swell, then heat until completely dissolved and continue after a slight cooling. After swelling, stir in 500 ml of warm liquid until completely dissolved.
One packet of Dr. Oetker gelatin ground white is sufficient for 500 ml of liquid and corresponds to 6 sheets of Dr. Oetker sheet of gelatin white.
