The Champignon Hofmeister master cheesemakers use only fresh milk from local Bavarian farms to make this soft-ripened Briette cheese with an irresistible smoky flavor and aroma. The special fresh pack ensures that the cheese retains its luxurious creaminess and consistently delivers the highest quality. The cheese has a white, edible exterior and a yellow-white, soft interior.

Briette cheeses are made with high-quality, pasteurized rBST-free milk from cows that graze in the lush Allgäu region of Bavaria, Germany.  Lactose-free due to natural maturation.
