Champignon Hofmeister Briette Fine Cheese, Creamy & Blue (New)

The Champignon Hofmeister master cheesemakers use only fresh milk from local Bavarian farms to make this creamy and blue Briette, a soft-ripened cheese.  The special fresh pack ensures that the cheese retains its luxurious creaminess, and consistently delivers the highest quality.  The cheese has a white, edible exterior, and a yellow-white, soft interior with very light striations of blue mold.

Briette cheeses are made with high-quality, pasteurized rBST-free milk from cows that graze in the lush Allgäu region of Bavaria, Germany.  Lactose-free due to natural maturation.
