The Champignon Hofmeister master cheesemakers use only fresh milk from local Bavarian farms to make Briette, a soft-ripened cheese.  This cheese is chai infused, with a hint of exotic spices like pepper, cinnamon, ginger and clove.  The special fresh pack ensures that the cheese retains its luxurious creaminess, and consistently delivers the highest quality.  

Briette cheeses are made with high-quality, pasteurized rBST-free milk from cows that graze in the lush Allgäu region of Bavaria, Germany.  Lactose-free due to natural maturation.
