Gölles White Balsamic Wine Vinegar
I'm the youngest member of the balsam family, still a little green behind the ears. But you can also call me an all-rounder or multi-talent—that probably describes it best. I'm fermented from white wine, refined with thickened grape juice, and, unlike my relatives, I'm light in color and have a wonderfully sweet-sour flavor.
Use me for: Light sauces, fish, pasta, salads, spinach.
Combine me with: Hemp oil, pumpkin seed oil, poppy seed oil, olive oil.
