With me, it's good to eat cherries! To ensure that this doesn't change, only juicy, dark-red heart cherries go into the fruit press. I'm characterized by a typical almond hue that becomes even more intense with age.
Use me with: Dark-leaf lettuce (Lollo Rosso, Batavia), dark sauces, lamb, beef, beets, game.
