Gölles Balsamic Apple Vinegar
Anniversary year 2024: For 40 years, I have been the flagship vinegar of the Gölles Manufactory.
I can rightfully call myself one of the greatest culinary inventions since the invention of vinegar. In 1984, Alois Gölles produced me as the first balsamic vinegar made from apples. Even today, I am made by boiling down and fermenting the must of various apple varieties. The subsequent aging in oak barrels gives me a pleasant sweetness and delicate creaminess.
Use me for: Desserts, barbecue sauces, cheese, tomato mozzarella, steak.
Combine me with: Hazelnut oil, camelina oil, poppyseed oil, sesame oil, sunflower oil
