Dr Knoll's Potato Dumpling Mix easily prepares 12 classic potato dumplings. Add water to the mix, allow it to stand for 10 minutes, shape it by hand, and add it to boiling water. This mix is finer than the Original Bavarian Potato Dumpling Mix.
