Preparation: 1) Halve 1 chicken (approx. 1 kg, fresh or thawed) or take 4 chicken legs (250 g each, fresh or frozen). Place the chicken pieces on a baking sheet, skin side up. 2) Mix the fix in a bowl with 5 tablespoons of oil. Spread the mixture over the meat with a kitchen brush. 3) Roast the chicken in a preheated oven at 200°C (fan oven 175°C) for 50-60 minutes until crispy. French fries and raw carrots taste great with this.
