We pride ourselves in ensuring that from the time the product arrives in our warehouse it is kept in perfect storage conditions and that the package is shipped with the utmost care for yours or your recipient’s enjoyment.

All sale items, inventory reduction items, and perishable food items are final sale and cannot be legally returned. No adjustments will be made for prior purchases.
Perishable items include, but are not limited to: chocolates, meats, cheeses, fish, confections, and baked goods. We cannot accept returns on non-food items that have been opened.

Non-food items can be returned at your expense If the product does not arrive in good condition to return to stock, then we will not be able to send a replacement or refund for the purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Wrap the package well and ship it to us at the address below. Please be sure to ship your item by an insured, traceable method to the address below. This service is offered by UPS, USPS, and other carriers.
