The story of Serpis begins with the dream of a businessman from Alcoy, Spain who wanted to mass produce olives stuffed with anchovies. And it was not until 1926 that he ended up industrializing the entire process with a pitting machine he helped design that led to the creation of Serpis. Since then, for almost 100 years, Serpis has become regarded as one of the best and most reknowned Oliviers in Spain.
